In terms of on-going training, we have a number of in-house courses available, sales training, advanced sales training, team building or customer service
- the list is endless. We conduct both classroom training and online training. We also offer a NVQ programme to all staff,
NVQ's can be taken in Telesales, Business Administration, Call Handling or Customer Service. We have in-house assessors and internal verifiers
to make the process of gaining an accredited qualification as smooth as possible.
