Compliance is absolutley paramount to our organisation. We monitor every single aspect of what we do each and every day to make sure we are providing a service that you will want to use, and refer others to as a result.

We have received the ISO 9001 award for our processes and customer services, ensuring that our internal procedures are continually monitored against strict benchmarks. We have been awarded Investors in People demonstrating that we genuinely invest in the training of our staff to ensure the level of service you recieve is second to none.

We hold a Consumer Credit Licence that allows us to act as a finance broker, which is required in the Consumer Credit Act 1974.  We are also licensed by the Data Protection Commissioner to process the information you provide us with and we are fully licensed with Phonepay Plus (formerly ICSTIS) to receive calls through our £1.50 per minute premium rate service

 

In addition to our compliance procedures, we have a full money back guarantee policy   on calls to our premium rate service which is open to any customer who is anything less than satisfied with any aspect of our service, we merely ask that you forward a copy of your telephone bill to our customer refunds department and we will refund the total cost of any calls made to our service.
